Our story

SONEKA is an innovative Proptech company, founded by experienced real estate professionals and IT experts. Our mission is to eliminate friction between systems, and establish a true virtuous circle of data quality.

Our co-founders have both worked at GE Real Estate Europe for more than 10 years, occupying all positions in the real estate value chain, where they have experienced system limitations that prevent them from understanding their portfolio and making the right decisions.

It was from these experiences that SONEKA was born. The common thread in its design was ergonomics and simplicity. It is designed to be the ideal system for an analyst, portfolio manager, asset manager, and an asset owner.
