After several years spent developing a SaaS platform dedicated to real estate Asset Management, Soneka is now joining Orisha Real Estate, the Orisha group's business unit dedicated to real estate professionals.

The Soneka brand will continue to exist, our team remains in place, and Victor, Benoît, and the entire team will continue to lead and develop the solution. For our clients, your points of contact and day-to-day operations remain unchanged.

However, this merger provides us with new resources to accelerate our growth.

Orisha already possesses strong expertise in real estate, particularly through its Property Management solutions. Soneka complements this ecosystem with its expertise in Asset Management and real estate data.
