La Foncière Publique d'Ile de France has chosen SONEKA to support it in its investment process and the management of its assets Hashtag #immobilier !

Foncière Publique d'Île-de-France is a subsidiary ofEPF Ile-de-France made up with the Bank of Territories, which owns 40%.

It is taking long-term strategic land positions, to allow local authorities to define new projects in line with urban developments, in particular linked to the arrival of the Grand Paris Express. It allows the maintenance and development of activities and jobs and a control of the evolution of land prices in its areas of intervention.

This collaboration is part of a project aimed at centralizing, standardizing and making reliable all of La Foncière's real estate investment data, thanks to the SONEKA solution, which is dedicated to Real Estate Asset Management.
